Put yourself next to people who will push you

At the gym, it’s not uncommon to see two people on treadmills next to each other, pushing each other to go faster and farther and longer.  And most of the time, they don’t even realize it.

If you are feeling like you are not moving forward, that you are stuck in cycles of procrastination or are lacking direction on what your next step should be, put yourself next to someone who will push you.  

How?

  1. Call a friend or colleague that you trust and become accountability partners
  2. Build a personal Board of Directors
  3. Enlist the help of a professional advisor to help you set and reach goals that you may believe are too lofty today
  4. Join a networking group that will inspire you
